Russian Navy flags - Soviet navy Stem-Soviet Navy Stem-Jack, issued, 100% wool, large (size 46x54''). National USSR standard of 1973 (#GOST 8498-73). Made in USSR in 1981. It has stamps (see details) number, year of issue, number of USSR standard, and factory stamp. AUTHENTICITY IS GUARANTEED !!! The original USSR Navy flag is old and it might have some small signs of wearing, but it is in great shape for its age. It is very rare and great for collection. A stem-jack raised on a ship means that the ship belongs to the 1st or 2nd rank. The Stem-Jack rises on the Stem-Jack rod while the ship is on the anchor. Stem-Jack is also raised on the coastal fortresses.
