This is vintage authentic small Soviet, USSR Navy flag for Hydro-graphic vessels of Soviet USSR Navy. This Soviet Navy flag was issued in 1990 and made out of wool. The navy flag is in excellent condition for its age; it has minor imperfections. Size is 20 x12.5 inches. The flag is ORIGINAL (see details).
