This is small vintage 1980s original propaganda pennant. It has Soviet Union Coat of Arms with Hammer & Sickle with Red Star. It is made in USSR out of white fabric. Size is 6.5 x 3 inches. The pennant is in very good vintage condition. It was used for many years and because of this it might have some minor imperfections (see pictures). Great for any collection.
