This is antique Soviet silver 20-kopeck coin issued in 1923 by USSR Government Mint. Coinage Type : Standard Coinage, 0.500 Silver, diameter 21.8 mm, weight 3.5G. On the obverse the coin has coat of arms of USSR with Hammer and sickle and famous Soviet slogan ''Proletariat of all countries unite''. Reverse: 20 Kopecks and 1923, year of issue. Soviet Union was founded in 1922 so this is one of the first coins issued by the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics. Very good antique condition.
