This is an extremely rare Soviet Navy badge issued to commemorate 300 years of Russian Fleet. The Fleet was founded in 1696. It is heavy metal, baked enamel, gilded, 3-piece construction. It is very rare badge which was issued in small quantity. Size 2.5 inches. Excellent condition.
