This uniform is ORIGINAL issue made by Soviet Navy Factory in 1985. It has Soviet military factory tag in place (see picture). This is extremely rare Soviet Navy Sr. Lieutenant FEMALE summer parade uniform. It is coming with all accessories you see on the picture. Russian size is 52/3 (appr. 12 / Regular length US size).
