This is an ORIGINAL medal awarded to the Soviet soldiers who fought in Afghanistan. The medal is coming with blank document. The medal was issued by Afghanistan Government. It is made out of brass, cold enamel; size is 32.0 mm wide. It is USSR and Afghan flags on the front and it has writing ''From the Grateful Afghan People'' in Russian and Afghan languages on the back. This medal was instituted by the Communist government of Afghanistan and produced at the Soviet mint. The medal is in mint condition. The enamel and gilt finish are perfect. Includes original unmarked screw plate. Please look carefully at the pictures, as they are parts of the description.
