On the front it has image of Crucified Jesus and abbreviation in Old Russian language for Jesus Christ; on the back it has in Old Russian language “Save me Godâ€. The Crucifix is in excellent condition and 3 dimension figure is in perfect condition, which is very rare for old brass items. The pendant has hook for the chain or rope that you can wear it. Size is 2.3†x 1.3â€. The crucifix is a principal symbol for many groups of Christians, and one of the most common forms of the Crucifixion in the arts. It is especially important in the Roman Rite of the Roman Catholic Church, but is also used in the Eastern Orthodox Church.
