This summer dress Soviet Army Major General uniform is ORIGINAL made at Soviet military sewing studio in 1961. All general uniforms in Soviet Union were made personally for each particular general. IMPORTANT: some vendors are selling newly made copies of Soviet general uniforms as originals. The soviet general uniforms cannot be unissued and never were in warehouses because they were made by order. It is made out of pure gabardine and completely lined with silk serge. It has Generals shoulder boards (with embroidered stars), embroidered sleeve decoration, embroidered collar boards on lapel and original general buttons with USSR emblem. Sizes: Jacket: 44 inches chest, length of the jacket is 27.5 inches, length of the sleeves 24 inches, shoulders 17 inches; trousers: waist 36 inches, inseam 32.5 inches, total length -42.5 inches). Please check your size before ordering !!! The uniform is in good condition considering the age. Because the uniform was actually worn for a long time by real Soviet General the uniform has signs of long wearing (see pictures). Please check different pages of our website for the accessories.
