This nice vintage plaque wall decoration is completely handmade in USSR/ Belarus in 1980s. The Belarusian artist created this beautiful art using pieces of regular straw on painted cardboard. The plaque is set in nice wooden frame. Look what kind of skill is involved in this work!!!! Each piece of straw is hand cut and glued on the painted cardboard surface by the Belarusian artist. Can you imagine how much time was spent to make this plaque? This wall decoration is wonderful gifts for any occasion. The plaque has a small hole on the back to hang it on the wall. Also, they are very collectible because they were made in USSR. Because the plaques are completely handmade they can be slightly different. Size with frame 5.75 x 5''; without frame 3.6 x 4.4”. Excellent condition.
