This vintage unique hand painted hair clip Butterfly was made in Rostov the Great, USSR (Russia) in 1980s . It is completely hand painted. The process of making this type of enamel work is very complicated. After each color the jewelry must be fired in a special oven then cooled off and painted with the next color. This process is repeated as many times as there are colors on the jewelry piece. They are absolutely gorgeous and unique. Beautiful Finift hair clip is made in shape of butterfly. Very fine detail and very nice metal work. Size 1.75 x 1.5 inches.
