This is nice vintage plaque made in USSR in 1980s. The plaque represents famous Church of the Intercession on the Nerl located in Bogolyubovo, Vladimir Region, 13 km NE of the ancient capital of Vladimir City. The church opened in 1166. It is cold enamel painted with cloisonne technique on aluminum, which is mounted on 3/8 furniture type plywood. It has small hole on the back for hanging on the wall. It is in excellent vintage condition. Size 5.25 x 4.1''. Great wall decoration for any presents.
