USSR vintage hat for General of the Soviet Union Motorized Infantry. This hat is for USSR General Service uniform. The hat has black leather peak and red band. This beautiful hat is WIRE embroidered. The hat has authentic general cap badge and 2 general buttons. Cap badge and buttons are gold plated. Original generals' cap badges are 2 piece construction. Please note that the star is the separate piece connected to the cap badge by 2 rivets and elevated over the cap badge (see picture). The hat is made out of great quality wool and lined with silk serge. Russian size is 58, which is equal to 7-1/4 US size or 22.75 inches circumference. The hat is in excellent vintage condition. It is made in USSR in early 1990s. The hat is very rare and great for collectors. Pictures are part of description; you will receive exact hat you see on the pictures.
