ORIGINAL USSR vintage hat for General of the Soviet Union Air Force. This hat is for USSR General field uniform. The hat has khaki plastic peak and blue piping. The hat has authentic cap badge and 2 general khaki buttons. The hat is made out of great quality wool and lined with silk serge. The sweatband is made out of genuine leather, and has a red silk string for an adjustable fit. This feature is available only for generals and marshals caps. Russian size is 57, which is equal to 7-1/8 US size or 22.4 inches circumference. The hat is in very good vintage condition. This is the original Soviet Air Force General hat made in USSR and issued by Soviet military factory in 1982 according to the Ministry of Defense of USSR manual “Rules and Regulation of wearing Military Uniforms”.
