ORIGINAL USSR vintage hat for the Soviet Union VOKhR (The Internal Security forces of the Soviet Union) Junior Command Staff . The hat has black peak and green band. The hat has authentic Soviet M-1969 VoKhR cockade and 2 USSR Military buttons with star and hammer and sickle. The cockade consists of a gilt aluminum dome with a separately attached red star and crossed rifles emblem. The hat is made out of wool and lined with cotton. Russian size is 56 small, which is equal to 7 US size or 22 inches circumference. The hat was used but it is in very good vintage condition. This is the original Soviet VOKhR Junior Command Staff hat made in USSR between 1969 and 1977 (It is not hat issued between 1978 and 1991!!). The hat is rare and great for Cold War collectors. This structure allows keeping shape of the caps permanently.
