This is an ORIGINAL vintage solid silver and baked enamel Soviet Military order of THE RED STAR; number 3034345. The order was issued by Soviet Mint, circa 1950. The order of the Red Star was established by a Decree of the Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet on April 6, 1930. The Orders of the Red Star were awarded for outstanding achievements in the defense of USSR both in time of war and peace. Four million people were honored with the Order of Red Star.
