This is very cute wall decoration made in Belarus in 1993. The wall decoration in shape of flower basket is 3D and made out of strings and straw. The decoration has original tag of Arts and Crafts Belarusian factory located in Mogilev City. The decoration has original loop for hanging on the wall. The total length with fringe and hanging loop is 16''; diameter of the basket is 4 x 2T''. Pictures are part of description.
