ORIGINAL USSR vintage hat for the Soviet Union Border Guard personnel. The border guards troops in Soviet Union were a part of KGB structure. This hat is for USSR border guard parade uniform. The hat has black band and peak; green top and red piping. The hat has authentic Soviet cap badge and 2 USSR Military buttons with star and hammer and sickle. The hat is made out of wool and is lined with silk serge. Russian size is 57, which is equal to 7-1/8 US size or 22.4 inches circumference. The hat is in very good vintage condition (see picture). Pictures are part of description; you will receive exact hat you see on the pictures. The cap has a steel plate in front and a spring around the top.
