AUTHENTIC Soviet USSR vintage 1960s Parade MVD Police uniform. The uniform is very rare. This type uniforms were introduced by USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) order #365 on May 11, 1965. You can see reference in the book “History of Russian Uniform. Soviet Police 1918-1991”: description on page 81-83, picture page 119. Coming with original Shoulder boards and with very rare original “Excellence in Soviet Police” badge. The uniform is made of wool and completely lined with silk serge. Dimensions: chest 38”, Length of sleeve 24”, length of jacket 28, shoulder to shoulder 16.5”; trousers: adjustable waist of 27.5-29”, length 41”, inseam 29.5”. Very good vintage condition.
