It is an exact copy of 1918 Soviet Red Army hat which was worn by Red Army personnel during Russian Civil War of 1918-1922. Made in USSR in 1980th from 100% heavy wool and lined with cotton. This type of wool was used for Soviet Army winter overcoats. Color is brown (pictures on computer can have slightly different color). Red star is sewn on. Coming with Red Star hammer and sickle insignia. This hat was called BUDENOVKA after the name of the legendary Red Army commander Semen Budenny.
