This beautiful vintage Pendant featuring the portrait of Catherine the Great (aka Catherine II), one of the most powerful Russian empresses is made out of papier-mache in Russia in 1992. The pendant was created specially for the Catherine the Great Exhibit in Dallas in 1992. It was made and signed by Russian Artist to order of Russian Island company. Nobody except Russian Island has this unique item. The pendant is nicely lacquered. It is beautiful intricate artwork. Size is 1.7 (without hook) x 1.2''. It is unique piece of jewelry and great historic memorabilia. Must for Imperial Russian collectors. It is one-of-a-kind; it might be slightly different from the picture because they are hand painted.
