This beautiful vintage brooch is made out of papier-mache (papier-mache is strong light material which was used to make famous Russian lacquer boxes) in Russia in 1990s. It is hand painted and signed by talented Russian artist on the back (see pictures); it is nicely lacquered. The brooch shows Aladdin and Princes Jasmine on the flying carpet. It is beautiful intricate artwork. Safety pin on the back. Size 2.5 x 1.6''. It is unique piece of jewelry. It is one-of-a-kind and might be slightly different from the picture.
